Return Policy

At Saphiren, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Not happy with a product? You can return it under the following conditions.

Return Period

  • You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
  • Please ensure the return package is sent back to us within this 14-day period.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in new condition: unwashed, unworn, and unused.
  • All hangtags/labels must remain intact and attached.
  • The invoice must be included in the return package.
  • The return form must be fully completed and enclosed.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear and socks.
  • Perfumes without intact plastic seal.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window.
  • Items that have been worn or damaged, unless this was reported to our customer service beforehand.

⚠️ If a return does not meet these conditions (e.g., item is worn, damaged, or returned incorrectly), the return will be rejected. In such cases, the products will not be sent back but will be destroyed.

Return Costs

  • Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs fees (import duties or taxes) for return shipments.
  • You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.
  • Always keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has arrived at our warehouse.
  • Without valid proof of shipment, we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed returns.

Processing Time for Returns

  • We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Using the tracking information you received with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From that moment, the 10 business day processing period begins.
  • Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Refund Options

  • Gift Card (+15% Bonus): Receive your refund faster with an additional 15% store credit. Processing time: 2–3 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds to your original payment method usually take 7–10 business days after your return has been processed.
