1. How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands using a tracked shipping method. Delivery times vary by country:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
- Worldwide: 7–14 business days

2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by region. For the Netherlands, the shipping fee is €4.95, and shipping is free on orders over €75. Check all shipping rates and free shipping thresholds on our shipping page.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel or change it. This is because our warehouse immediately starts processing your package to ensure the fastest delivery.
4. How can I return a product?
Returning is easy!
- Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service via our contact form.
- You will receive return instructions from us.
- Follow the instructions and send the package back in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, with labels).
Note: Sale items cannot be returned. More information can be found in our return policy.
5. How long does it take to get my money back?
Once we have received and processed your return (within 10 business days), you will receive a confirmation.
- Refunds to your original payment method usually take 7–10 business days.
- If you choose a gift card, you will receive it within 2–3 business days, with an additional 15% store credit.
